Refund policy

We hope you adore every piece you receive from us! If something isn't quite right, we are happy to help with a return for store credit so you can find the perfect item.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at littlecalclothingco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged - we must be notified immediately. If an item is worn or washed we can not take responsibly for the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as personalized or custom items including but not limited to: Swimwear & LCC Pre-Order Bamboo.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited via gift card that will be sent directly to your email. Please remember it can take some time for your return to process.
